Mum's birthday invites & envelopes

My gorgeous mum has had a really difficult start to the year. She is a true fighter and things are now turning around and everything is positive. So, I had much pleasure in making her birthday party invitations with good old River Rock card stock (which I will miss terribly), Ginger Blossom designer paper and River Rock ribbon. The envelopes are stamped in the NEW Riding Hood Red with a NEW stamp set, Fresh Cuts, from the NEW Stampin Up Catalogue. The invites have the magnets on the back so they can stick on your fridge.

A simple Bashful Blue card made with Stampin Up's Nurser Necessities stamp set. Oh and the dazzling diamonds glitter - love that Bling! Photos are a bit dark sorry.

A more modern, plain look with love hearts from a free stamp set from Sale A Bration. A little of Stampin Up's 2 Way Glue and then Dazzling Diamonds over the top.

A whole lota cards!

I made a whole lot of cards recently, fairly plain but I haven't had much time. A touch of Dazzling Diamonds and they were looking a treat. I still love pink and green - always will.

Whisper White

Yes, sorry for the delay in posting some of my work! My full time work has been going nuts and then the kids modelling has been crazy busy. Look out for them on the Bedshed commercial end of March - in bed with a dad, colouring in - what a job hey?
Not my best card but I do love Whisper White ink. For the flower stem and petals I crushed the paper up to give it a bit of texture. I will post some better things this weekend.

Notebook & Notepad for Janie

'Things to Do' notebook and a little box containing notelets with "For You" on them perhaps to keep in your car. I made these for the lovely Janie who does everything for everyone else. Thanks for a lovely Boxing Day Janie!
